2. Scope of Services

This website offers digital services and coaching services, including but not limited to:

  • Personal coaching sessions
  • Personal growth and career development coaching
  • Digital consulting and maintenance services
  • Online bookings and session packages

These services are provided remotely unless otherwise specified.

3. Booking & Payment

  • All services must be booked in advance through the website or an authorized payment platform.
  • Payment is required upfront for all sessions and packages.
  • Payments are processed securely via third‑party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or MONEI).
  • All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

4.1 Session Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session time will be charged in full.
  • No‑shows are non‑refundable.

4.2 Refund Policy

  • Single sessions: Non‑refundable once booked.
  • Multi‑session packages: Refundable within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been used. No partial refunds once sessions have begun.

4.3 Service Interruptions

If a session must be canceled by the service provider due to technical or personal reasons, the client may choose:

  • A full refund
  • Or rescheduling at no additional cost

5. Shipping Details (Digital Services)

Since all services and products are digital, no physical shipping applies.

Delivery Method

Services are delivered digitally via:

  • Email
  • Video conferencing (Zoom / Google Meet)
  • Secure digital platforms

Delivery Time

  • Coaching sessions are delivered at the scheduled time selected during booking.
  • Digital materials (workbooks, exercises, recordings) are delivered within 24–72 hours after the session.

Transport Company: Not applicable. No physical transport company is used.
Shipping Costs: No shipping fees apply to digital services.

6. Confidentiality

All coaching sessions and communications are strictly confidential.

Exceptions apply only when:

  • Required by law
  • There is a risk of harm to the client or others

7. Client Responsibility

Clients acknowledge that:

  • Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment.
  • Results are not guaranteed.
  • The client is responsible for their own decisions and actions.
  • Coaching is a collaborative and voluntary process.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, exercises, frameworks, and content provided are the intellectual property of THE OWNER.

Clients may not redistribute, reproduce, or resell any materials without prior written consent.

9. Data Protection & GDPR

Personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Clients have the right to:

  • Access their data
  • Request correction or deletion
  • Withdraw consent
  • File a complaint with a data protection authority

10. Limitation of Liability

THE OWNER shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of services provided through this website.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Spain.
